Digital Scrapbooking: Yes, it is hard

I am a little on the crazy art/craft side of things...well I was before I went back to school to finish up a master's degree. So to fill the creative needs I have been "collecting" digital scrapbook files. There are so many talented artists out there that would never have been discovered before the Internet explosion. And now, these talented women share their skills by creating kits and giving them away for free.

Not as easy as it sounds. These ladies either teach themselves or go take classes on how to use Photoshop, Illustrator and other high-end graphic software. They have to possess some artistic talent because they draw, photograph or build from scratch all the elements you would want to use on a typical papercraft project. Only difference is that these are all on the computer; nothing 3-D.

Over time I have found that I am drawn to some of the same designers. All of them offer free material...all they ask for is a little feedback love. Some have free material available all the time; others leave it up for a short period of time, then expire the freebie links. So set the RSS feeds.
